In this exercise I really tried to bring out the feeling of the Double Harmonic synthetic key, the trumpet sound is a little rough, and I obviously disregarded the actual assignment directions for the orchestration. However, I really think that this combination of cellos and trumpet worked well.

This one, I played around with the time signature to really make it feel as if you weren't in any key. I really wanted to make my synthetic key clear to the listener.
